Take a look at some of my thoughts

You've been on Instagram for a few years now and you want to increase your reach with your followers – but don't know how to do that exactly.

Instagram has been around for ten years now. For some that may be hard to believe, for others... well the time couldn't have passed any faster haha. In those ten years, the platform has changed tremendously: algorithms, video features, stories. Between all these different features, it can be a bit overwhelming to decide which areas you want to focus on. However, in all of Instagram's history, there is one thing that people covet the most, likes.

Increasing your likes can be somewhat a difficult task. Usually, you won't receive as many likes as the number of followers you have. However, it is important to see that you get as many likes as you can from your followers.

Quite often I see people post photos and immediately after they will post on their stories, "NEW POST!" This is the worst time to post that on your stories. First off, the people who are seeing that story are more likely to see your post anyways, so there isn't much of a point to posting it. The best time to post that on your stories is once your likes have started to slow down. For everyone, that will be different. Your first hour should be the best time for you to receive like organically. After five hours, it will probably slow down significantly, therefore, it's best to post on your stories, "NEW POST!" after five hours.

Hopefully, that quick piece of advice will help you reach your followers better.
